Hi, I'm Sudip Sorathiya, a real estate agent with eXp Realty based in Ottawa, ON. I come from a Mechanical Engineering background and previously worked for 4 years as a CNC machine programmer in Windsor, ON. While I was grateful for the experience, I always felt like I was meant for something more—something that gave me the freedom to grow, connect, and create my own path through entrepreneurship.

That calling led me to pursue my real estate license, and I started out as a part-time agent, balancing both worlds for 14 months. But over the last 6 months, I’ve proudly made the leap into becoming a full-time agent, fully dedicated to helping my clients make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

My biggest inspiration to enter sales has always been my dad, who worked as a salesperson for an appliance manufacturing company. I’ve always admired how he built real relationships with people—not just to make a sale, but to create trust. That’s what I strive for in my business too. For me, it’s not just about transactions—it’s about building lasting connections, because I truly believe that every relationship, when nurtured, naturally leads to success and abundance.

Outside of real estate, I’m deeply connected to spirituality and the power of the universe. I live by principles of positive energy, law of attraction, and manifestation. My mornings usually start with two rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) followed by meditation, which helps me stay grounded and in tune with my higher purpose.
